TimeGate provides these services as a technology provider and does not perform plumbing, home services, or emergency services.

3. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

3.1 Program Description

TimeGate may send SMS messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and service-related communications. Messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in through web forms, scheduling tools, or other consent-based methods.

Opt-in is collected via forms with clear disclosure and a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

3.2 Cancellation Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the number that sent the message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

5. Emergency & Safety Disclaimer

TimeGate’s AI systems are not a replacement for emergency services.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening or urgent emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. TimeGate is not responsible for delays, damages, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI systems in emergency situations.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide services using commercially reasonable efforts. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be suspended or limited due to maintenance, system upgrades, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, and materials provided by TimeGate are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of TimeGate or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for lawful, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. User Submissions

By submitting any content to TimeGate (including messages, feedback, or media), you grant TimeGate a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

TimeGate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

TimeGate’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to TimeGate in the 30 days preceding the claim

TimeGate is not liable for service outcomes, business losses, missed appointments, or customer disputes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TimeGate, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

11. Termination

TimeGate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

Fees paid are non-refundable once services are rendered.

12. Branding & Attribution

Unless otherwise agreed, you grant TimeGate permission to reference your business name or logo for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
